Volk noted that in this way “it is necessary to begin the formation of a strong regulatory sensitivity for the increased sensitivity of the bodies of Russia, the DPR and the LPR in the field of combating crime, protecting public order, and protecting the rights of citizens.”
The documents were prepared in the development of agreements on friendship, drafting and mutual assistance between the Russian Federation, the Donetsk People’s Republic and the Luhansk People’s Republic, the Agreement on February 21, 2022 in Moscow.
On February 21, Russian President Vladimir Putin signed a decree recognizing the independence of the DNR and LNR. The parties conclude an agreement on friendship and management and mutual assistance. The State Duma and the Federation Council ratified the treaties on February 22.
