Radio Verona (Athesis Group) renews contents and looks
Radio Verona renews and expands its offer of news and contents, launches the “Ovunque con te” project which transforms it into digital radio. The historic broadcaster, which began through broadcasts in 1975, has therefore also renewed a rebranding that also involves the logo characterized by the RV monogram and the redesigned Radio Verona writing.
The new Radio Verona will be presented at Vinitaly (10-13 April at Veronafiere) inside Casa Athesis, the Athesis Group editorial office which will be located in the gallery spaces between pavilions 6/7 of the Fair. Here the new logo will be unveiled featuring the RV monogram and the redesigned Radio Verona writing. The lines are soft, the stroke is modern, in a mixture of classic and contemporary enhanced by the colors of the city: yellow and blue.
The issuer is part of the Athesis Group, publisher of 3 newspapers (L’Arena, Il Giornale di Vicenza, Bresciaoggi), relative digital and social properties and 3 radio and TV (Radio Verona, Telearena, Telemantova) and the first newsbrand in Italy dedicated to Higher Technical Institutes (all ITS).
Together with the rebranding, the new schedule is also presented, which – explains a note from the group – welcomes the changing needs and requirements of listeners. First of all, Radio Verona strengthens its broadcasts by offering more news and insights. Updates on football and sport have also been increased and the sections dedicated to music and entertainment have been enriched, for an increasingly varied offer, which satisfies a heterogeneous audience.
“More space for information with moments of in-depth analysis and new content thanks to constant interaction with the editorial offices of the newspaper L’Arena and Telearena” declares Mario Puliero, editorial director of Radio Verona, Telearena and Telemantova, who continues “we studied an offer in step with the times, created together with a team of professionals and colleagues who know Verona closely. By focusing heavily on the digitization of the radio – by downloading its new app the radio can be listened to everywhere – we now have a new media that will increasingly be a service for listeners ».
Such a schedule goes beyond the historical radio frequencies – FM 103.00 MHZ, 103.90 MHZ – and finds new distribution channels. In fact, with the aim of being available to more and more people, Athesis has developed the project “Everywhere with you” through which Radio Verona becomes a digital radio. In addition to the classic radio, the proposal will be available on four other channels: On smartphones wherever you are with the new app downloadable from the Apple Store and Google Play, by simply entering the word “Radio Verona” in the search field.
By car: if you have an iPhone, you can connect it with the entertainment system of cars compatible with Apple CarPlay. If you have an Android Smartphone, on the other hand, just connect it to the entertainment system of cars compatible with Android Auto. With both software, you can use the Radio Verona app and view the information of the song or program on air directly and from the display of your machine.
At home, with Amazon Alexa Radio Verona you can listen to all Amazon Echo smart speakers. Just say the command “Alexa, listen to Radio Verona” to listen to the live streaming of the radio

The launch of Radio Verona includes an extensive promotion plan that includes outdoor activities throughout the city, activities with creators and influencers, press, web, TV and radio campaigns.
