The action “Total Dictation” on April 9 brought together more than 150 participants at Penza State University. There were two sites in PSU. The main work was at the Pedagogical Institute. V. G. Belinsky.

Different people of ages came to check literacy. The universities of the Minister of Education of the Penza Region became honorary Alexey Komarov and Rector of the Institute for Regional Development of the Penza Region Gennady Belorybkin.

This year the history of the texts of the authors lasted Marina Stepnova, which was written specifically for the project. Doctor of Philology, Associate Professor of the Department of Russian Language and Methods of Teaching the Russian Language, PSU became the dictator Inessa Rodionova. She read the third part of the text “Thunderstorm”.

“Total Dictation is a public educational project. Culture, literacy is what happens to people in any case. Culture is what makes us human, — said in a video message Marina Stepnova.

The works of the contestants will be evaluated by authoritative teachers of the school of the Penza region and teachers of the department “Russian language and methods of teaching the Russian language” PSU under the guidance of the head of the department Galina Kanakina.
