Since Saturday April 9, 2022, the Little Angels carousel reopened Place du Théâtre in Caen (Calvados). It was Christine Boisseau who took over the reins of the carousel with wooden horses after the death of her husband Robert at the beginning of 2022.
On the top of the carousel you can now see Robert’s portrait with the backdrop of Place Bouchard: the merry-go-round and the Saint-Sauveur church.

The fresco is also a way of not forgetting Robert “well known to parents and children in Caen. He included the cash register and always had a kind word,” continues Christine.

During spring break, the carousel and merry-go-round are open daily from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. except Sunday.
