Sanpaimola guest of San Marino, will be the first with Balducci on the bench
The wait is growing for the advance of the 24th matchday: on Saturday 9 April in San Marino Sanpaimola will have the penultimate 90 ‘of the season to try to collect gold points. Then, after the rest session, there will be the last match in the Savignanese den. After the change on the bench, with Massimo Balducci taking over from Marco Tinti, the team is expected at the crossroads of their season: getting the entire stake in San Marino would be an important brick in the wall of salvation, even if it would not give the mathematical certainty.
The ranking appears to be particularly complex and intrigued: there are 9 (out of 13) formations that are part of the “red zone”, even if Cava Ronco has 3 races to collect the last crumbs of points. Cotignola chases but is in good inertia in the last few days, then SPIV which is attempting a comeback and the poker formed by Valsanterno, Classe, Coriano and Del Duca Grama which has Sanpaimola in its sights. It is useless to do too many accounts at the Giallorossi and blue: above all they need to demonstrate convincing and, above all, points in these last two regular season matches.
The first test of the nine, Saturday against a team, San Marino, which has experienced alternating phases (like almost all the teams in the group) this season and which, currently, lives soundly in 4th place alone, with the concrete possibility to aim for the second square of Russi, also bypassing the Savignanese. It is a team that does not score an avalanche of goals (no less than 10 matches out of 23 closed with 1 goal scored) and that has Alex Ambrosini and Riccardo Michelucci among the top scorers, both stopped at 3 goals. In the first leg it was a 1-1 draw, with goals from Diaby and Prandelli (from a penalty), which earned the Giallorossi-blu’s 6th consecutive useful result.
