Poland at the forefront of fuel prices. Mainly for the country
According to the latest report of the Organization of Oil Industry and Trade (POHN), Poland is one of the European Union’s system of European countries (in the EU) in terms of servicing petrol and diesel services. Let’s see how it looks compared to other countries.
How much does it cost in the European Union?
We will refuel cheaper petrol only in Hungary, Malta and Cyprus, not much more expensive than in Bulgaria. The rest of you already. differ from us. What about the scale?
In Poland in March, we paid an average of EUR 1.43 / liter for Pb95. Hungarians paid 1.28 euro. Meanwhile, in more than 2 of these European advertisements, they paid EUR 2.33 per liter in the Netherlands. Finland, Denmark, Sweden, Sweden, Greece, Portugal and France also lead the way in terms of prices alone.
The situation is completely different when we look at net prices. In this respect, with a price of EUR 0.99 per liter, we are in the middle of Europe. It is the cheapest in Hungary (EUR 0.76), the most expensive in Germany (EUR 1.13). Comparing net prices from all sides goes back to the east, such as Estonia or Latvia, but also to the west, such as France or Belgium. Cheaper net gasoline costs, for example, in Austria, but they are symbolic. It is actually cheaper, apart from Hungary, also in Croatia, Slovenia, Cyprus, Malta and Slovakia.
The discrepancy results – as I wrote earlier – in virtually, especially VATwhich we have not only in the EU, but also cyclicals (below the minimum wage in the EU), which the Hungarians have.
When it comes to VAT, there is a difference between Poland and other zones. With us, it is 0.10 euro per liter, while in Malta, the country under the direction of the VAT price, it is up to 0.22 euro. A similar VAT is in Cyprus (EUR 0.23), but in Hungary, where fuel is cheaper than ours, it is EUR 0.27. As many as in 16 countries above the European Union, you pay more than EUR 0.30, of which over EUR 0.40. Danes, Finns and Swedes pay the most.
Excise to the next ones, which are very heavy for us. One liter of gasoline costs us EUR 0.35 and only in Hungary it is less – EUR 0.25. As you can see, it is a greater burden than VAT, the second cheapest fuel in our southern nephews. However, what we mean nowadays is Western.
The Dutch pay as much as EUR 0.83 of excise tax per liter of gasoline, which is the difference that stands out from other countries. Finns pay EUR 0.72, Greeks EUR 0.71, French EUR 0.69. In place of the EU countries, they are up to the upper level of EUR 0.40.
An interesting fact is that achieving success at retail price as well percentage rate indicatorto the price of gasoline without excise duty and VAT the highest in Poland (percentage, not amount).
Only in Poland it is close to 70 percent. and it is the only country where it is above 60%, while in another country it is equal to 60%. Where there is detail, where fuel is expensive, e.g. fuel in the Netherlands, Finland, Sweden or Greece up to 50 percent.
In Poland, the price of gasoline includes, apart from the net price, excise duty and VAT, also the fuel surcharge, the emission tax and, of course, the margin. And although there are percentages of price syntax, together with the net price, they constitute one large part of the price when it comes to prices and VAT.
How much does diesel cost in the European Union?
it’s like with gasoline, too Diesel fuel in Poland is one of the cheaper in terms of retail. It costs 1.65 euro / liter, and the cheapest one in Hungary is 1.39 euro / liter. It is also cheaper than in Bulgaria and Slovenia. Slovaks and Croats have prices similar to ours, slightly higher prices. They are not much higher in Malta, Cyprus and Romania (Serbs below 1.8 Euro).
Ania the most expensive ON is in Sweden (2.51 euro), which stands out from other countries. It already costs 2.22 euros in basketball in Finladia, so it costs over 2 euros also in the Netherlands, Denmark and France.
Unfortunately, in Poland the carrier’s diesel fuel prices are one in a row. We pay EUR 1.21 per liter, just like the inhabitants of Luxemburg. For example, Austrians, Greeks, Belgians, Italians, French and Spaniards buy cheaper. The Swedes pay the most (1.56 euros), and the Slovaks 0.86 euros. The Hungarians pay minimally more. It is also less than EUR 1 in Bulgaria, Croatia and Slovakia.
As with gasoline, the additional charges for oil are small in balance with the other party. Only in Poland and Hungary the European excise duty is higher than the minimum in the European Union price 0.33 euro per liter. However, while we pay her 0.33 euro per liter, Hungarians only 0.23 euro. The French pay the most excise tax (0.61 euro), and the second in this respect the Dutch (0.54). Only Finns pay more than 0.5 euro, but over 0.40 euro you pay 13 more.
Of course, we have VAT at the level of EUR 0.12. The second Bulgarians pay 0.25 euros, and 18 more than previously agreed above 0.30 euros. The record holders are Swedes who pay 0.50 euro, while Finns or Danes pay 0.43 euro.
Nevertheless, Poland is drowning in fuel prices excluding VAT (excise duty and VAT) – to approx. 73 percent. Prices for all drive systems. In insufficient oscillation index in France, France, France, France, France.
Take a large indicator of results from the price control of this fuel, e.g. the fuel service, which is as high as 5%, while in the case of gasoline it is up to 2%. The issue fee is at the same level, averaged 0% in March.
How many fees do we have in explanations?
Let us now only move to Poland and switch to our currency. The table is best illustrated here.
