On April 8, a conference on multifunctional centers for the provision of state and municipal services in the Tver region was held in the lecture hall for the preservation of the historical park “Russia – My History”. Representatives of Sberbank PJSC also took part in the event. The conference discussed topical issues of the development of the MFC network in the ministry.

The results of work over the past years, the priorities of the priorities are summed up. Particular attention is paid to improving the quality of service provision, exchanging experience in terms of employee training and mentoring development.

Today, the MFC is an important resource for the provision of state and municipal services to the population. One of the tasks set by the governor Igor Rudenya in the course of improving the MFC is the high professional equipment of the premises, the quality and convenience of service for citizens.

During the development of the MFC network of the Tver region, which was carried out on behalf of the governor, in 2022, work was envisaged at seven facilities in the Tver region, of which four were new.

The new MFC office is being set up on the territory of the Russia – My History park. Its area in a separate pavilion is 130 square meters. meters. The office will have three reception windows and self-service terminals. Additional services for informing and advising visitors on the provision of public services.

At the end of 2021, 14 new facilities of multifunctional centers were commissioned in the country.

Now in the Upper Volga region there are 45 branches of the MFC, 64 separate divisions, where 353 windows operate. The availability of the MFC for the population is 98%. In total, about 920 thousand services were provided in the branches of the MCF in the Tver region in 2021.
