A month has passed since Stefan De Vrij’s last appearance on the pitch with the shirt of Inter. 45 important minutes in the second leg of the Champions League round of 16 won unnecessarily against Liverpool, then the stop, with the soleus distraction of the left leg which forced him to skip the matches against Turin, Fiorentina and also Juventus (in which he was in any case returned to the squad). In the middle one of the most delicate moments of his career off the pitch and that lawsuit against his old agents which, probably, affected the performance of what, probably, and today his worst season since being in Italy. However, something has changed and even looking at his future, unexpected glimmers are opening up for him up to 30 days ago.

THINKING ABOUT THE SCUDETTO – The legal nightmare is therefore over, but aEven the physical ordeal is now behind him and 30 days later De Vrij will find a starting shirt with Verona. In the first leg he was one of the most positive, in one of the few races in which he managed to maintain the high standards he had last year with Conte on the bench and which led to the Scudetto.
