Debrecen – The industrial company would like to supply a skilled workforce with educational cooperation. The dual mechatronics technician training starting in September and the career opportunities offered by Vitesco were presented at a career orientation day in Brassai.
Vitesco Technologies Hungary Kft. Currently employs almost 450 people at the Debrecen plant, which is about to expand. This will require more and more skilled workers, so the new German company, which manufactures parts for electric and hybrid cars, has raised its cooperation with the Vocational Training Center in Debrecen.

The 30-person class will start at the Sámuel Technical School in Brassai DSZC next school year. In connection with this, the career orientation offered by Vitesco and the new dual training providing diverse expertise were presented at the institution on a career orientation day.
“In fact, if we look around, the operation of the devices and machines that determine our lives is determined by informatics, electronics and mechanical engineering – and the mechatronics technician is a combination of these disciplines,” explained Erzsébet Demeterné, director of the Sámuel Technical School in Brassai.
Sándor Szilágyi, Director General of the Debrecen Vocational Training Center, emphasized:
in today’s technological environment, the training of professionals with the right knowledge can only be successful in close cooperation with companies. This is what the DSZC in Debrecen strives for, and the various dual trainings serve this common goal.
“The best and most economical way to benefit the workforce is for the student to become familiar with the state-of-the-art technology of the company,” said the CEO.
