Behind the scenes at Caen Basket Calvados, the files to prepare the new organization of the club from July 1, 2022 are moving fast. After announcing the creation of a simplified joint-stock company (SAS), the Norman club has just revealed, Thursday, April 7, the names of the shareholders who separate 100% of the shares of the capital.

They are eight in number. Appear seven companies and an association, that of Caen Basket Calvados. On the business side, these are essentially the club’s current partners, who, by becoming shareholders, are becoming even more involved in CBC.
We find Bravis Immo (the jersey partner), Soficom (the accounting firm of which Franck Danet, the current president of the CBC, is the deputy director), pelicar (Isigny caramels), Legallais (hardware store), Leclerc If (mass distribution), Villa Eugene (catering) and Beaubois (consulting firm).
The president of the SAS should be appointed in the coming weeks. Caen Basket Calvados, which is also looking for a new president at the head of the association, Franck Danet having announced that he will leave his post on June 30, 2022.
