In the inner districts of Budapest, the average specific rents at today’s exchange rate are also around 9 euros / month / m2, while in the districts of Buda it is only one euro more, in HUF 3,650 / month / m2. In the rural rural regional centers, it is possible to rent flats in the more favorable range of 1800 – 2000 HUF / month / m2 based on the recent rental data of the Otthon Centrum.
