The blood on the steps of the Russian embassy is precisely the sign of the launch of the “Bloody Moon” event. “With this event, the politician of a large part of the assets of the Russian Federation in the street still Coronation, soon already Ukrainian heroes, we launched today the so-called Bloody Moon,” say activists.
The aim of the initiative is to unite as many people across the Czech Republic as possible, in an optimistic vision around the world: , and thus drew attention to every victim of the aggressive and senseless war and its nation against Ukraine, “the group explains.
And why five peaters? “Five liters of blood are on average in each of us. The protest is a response to the killing of innocent civilians, especially children, women and the elderly. Our ‘blood’ is nothing compared to the truly shed blood in the wine of Putin’s heartless war monster policy, “Dekomunisté wrote in a statement.
It is a sign of courage and resistance against the Russian regime. “We urge all those who have the bit of courage and courage to find a moment as a bucket of this mixture, go to the Russian embassy or to a building, ship, apartment owned by the Russian Federation and show their resistance.”
However, they warn that they also reject any hatred of Russian citizens as a whole. “We are convinced that most of our Russian fellow citizens are against this aggression, and a distinction needs to be made,” the activists conclude.
As has been said, the Embassy of the Russian Federation has certainly fallen out of favor due to aggression in Ukraine. During the week, the City of Prague discussed changing the name of part of Korunovační Street at the Russian Embassy on Ukrajinských hrdinů Street. At the same time, he intends to name the nearby railway bridge of the Ukrainian war hero Vitaly Skakun, who died on February 24 in the Ukrainian city of Kherson, where he blew up the bridge to prevent the advance of Russian troops.
According to the regional police spokesman Jan Rybanský, the police detained four people on the spot on suspicion of a misdemeanor, and the situation will continue to be addressed.
