“As for the gathering of mercenaries from all over the world and their sending to Ukraine, we see that they do not disclose, the Western sponsors of Ukraine, the Ukrainian regime, do not hide it, they do it openly, disregarding all the norms of international law,” Putin said.

The President of the Russian Federation took upon himself the proposal to transfer Western-made weapons seized in Ukraine into the possession of the Donetsk and Lugansk People’s Republics.

“As for the supply of weapons, especially Western-made ones, which are in the hands of the Russian army, of course, I support the possibility of transferring them to the military units of the Luhansk and Donetsk People’s Republics. Please, I’m ready,” Putin said.

Putin also instructed the head of the Ministry of Defense of Communications, Sergei Shoigu, to prepare a separate report on the issue of problems of international borders with the expansion of NATO states of their power-based western borders of Russia.
