To the elements we have focused more on in recent weeks. We have not forgotten to prepare ourselves. This year there is a competition in the Masovian Cup of Poland, so to be a well-prepared team of the company of the round.

Are you talking about corrections in defense – is it also about the formation? Will you play a four or three in the back?

– I always tried to play with four defenders – only in the first team, where the situation required it, we focused on a three-man defensive block. Now it’ll be four in the back.

As for autumn, they did the best in their part, in which they won and made up for the class four times. You can see the synergy then, everything was functioning properly. You probably will want to do this.

– Exactly. The game – two months after the new preparations – just as we wanted. I think the more months we had that we had the winter period was longer because we will buy ours now. – We are reserves, so I think there are a lot of such elements. We have a lot to improve tactical and technical. You can be content with an offensive game, but you can always be a little better defensive. We have spent the last few weeks losing fewer goals, the team in reserve played zero in the back. We want to be a team that creates a lot of situations and there won’t be too many goals.

– I would say that it is definitely a plus. On the first sparring (0: 3 with ŁKS Łagów – ed.), So that our reserves would not play on the game day. Names were established that were not removed with us, a lot of test subjects appeared. Besides, a few students were missing who had not started training with us at the time. Currently, the staff has stabilized. We played 60 minutes against a strong second league club Wigry Suwałki – we had good meals from the “one”, that is Ernest Muci, Richard Strebinger, Igor Strzałka and Ramil Mustafajew. We lost the control with Motor (0: 2 – ed.), But it did not seem that the Lublin players dominated us, we bounced back. I think that the other games brought a lot of positives – in this respect, before the round, I am optimistic. Pacek, Majchrzak and Kiedrowicz are training with us, but at the moment, before the resumption of the games, they have little chance of making the first squad. – We are preparing something, but not to reveal more. I think that one more transfer will be possible. As for the first part of the question … Tomek Nawotka had offers in the summer window, we found out that we went to get us in the fall round. Winter came an option for him and soon. I did not make an appointment, because that was the way I had an appointment, I was left with a six-month contract. We have young players, i.e. Kwiatkowski and Niski, who can vote this position (right defense -). Tomek certainly stands out, but the idea for a reserve team is always such that it plays like youngsters. What can you write about Filip Laskowski?

– I worked with him before, at Escoli Varsovia. You could say that I offered this transfer in part. The footballer was checked by the scouting department, the director gave the green light. Filip is in an extra 21 years, performing in class and in the first league. For a boy, experienced but young, born in 2001. I think he will have something to prove in the reserves. What is the situation in the team?

– I would like that unexpectedly well. Unfortunately, on Wednesday, Patryk Pierzak was injured. stick together for as long as we need it. As a coach, I would love to be promoted to the 2nd league, but the pitch will verify everything. I still have one and a half contracts with the Warsaw club – for ten times I want to help them enter the upper league. We will see if I succeeded in this task or not – I would prefer the first class, i.e. promotion. In order to do everything so that the reserves are as done.

This season, the chance to gain access is only theoretical.

– But he’s joking. The beginning of the round begins very much, the first device. In April we will know what we are playing for.

Can you see the season in the table before resuming?

– As much as possible. In the summer – you know why – we brought a few experienced players. I believe that after the first six months of the year the team consolidated and formed well. The guys know what they are fighting for and they will understand our idea for the game. We had four defeats this fall – I think that’s quite a result. It is true that it was possible to draw, we lost points stupidly at the end of the year, but it was possible to make up. I think that Legionovia or Polonia will not compete for the first place in the table until the end. The more the team is interested in promotion, the better, because it’s easier to slide in. I hope the league will be interesting enough to fight for promotion until the last round.

He started working in the Warsaw club from work in what it was when taking over the first. Is this enthusiasm – or due to the difficult end of that year – weakened a bit?

– After the match with the Vistula in Płok, the “” team was resigned – me too. He wanted well for the ferry, it recommended that the players could win, I thought I needed a new impulse. The enthusiasm must be the beginning to the end, the players must be infected with it on their own. We played every three days, it wasn’t the first time. – Yes, state valuable time. When I was leaving, I realized that two months of work in Legia’s first team was two years of work in another club. And there is something to it. In all workplaces, fans always demand from us – always for every step. Nobody will take these experiences from me. I am glad that it will break out to a small brick to continue playing in the Polish Cup. I was recently at the game against Górnik Łęczna. It’s nice that we got to this solution to the semi-finals – my thumbs were broken and I’m cheering for the problem and things to be solved.
