Permanent Representative of the Russian Federation for the Prohibition of Chemical Weapons (OPCW) Alexander Shulgin said that the Russian Federation would soon send documents to the OPCW Secretariat on the danger of provocations using chemical weapons in Ukraine. This is reported TASS.
“First of all, to what we are now seeing in Ukraine, these plans, fears that there will be a chemical provocation, this is a very serious matter. Today, or at least tomorrow morning, we will send the documents to the technical protocols, ”Shulgin said.
He drew attention to the fact that the documents were assigned the stamp of the national document of the Russian Federation at the 99th session of the Executive Council currently taking place in The Hague and the dissemination of information among all countries – a member of the OPCW.
Shulgin added that the plenary organization mentioned the impending provocation of Ukraine at the experimental nuclear reactor in Kharkov.
