Weather: almost all of Belgium on yellow alert!
This Saturday morning, the MRI issues a yellow alert for slippery conditions until 11 a.m.
At the start of the weekend, the sun will break through as soon as the mist and the freezing fog banks have cleared. The weather will be sunny all weekend and into Monday, according to consumers from the Royal Meteorological Institute (RMI).
It will freeze again at the start of the morning on Saturday, so vigilance remains in order for patches of ice or give. Temperatures will then rise to between 3 and 9 degrees.
This evening
Saturday evening and during the night, the weather will be dry under a starry sky. It will be cold again with validated frosts in most areas.
Sunday
Sunday will be sunny again. The maximum will be between 5 degrees in Hautes-Fagnes and 10 degrees in the plain. The wind will be moderate from the southeast. On the heights, it will sometimes be strong with peaks of 50 km/h.
