Ukraine: Portugal recommends departure of ships from the Black and Azov seas
Portugal on Saturday recommended commanders and operators of national ships to abandon shipping areas close to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, such as the Negro and Azov mares and the Kerch Strait.
