Alcohol and drugs rarely go hand in hand. Even less when you decide to take the wheel after a drunken evening. A 35-year-old man experienced it this Saturday February 26, 2022 at Toulouse.

He mixes drugs and alcohol

His condition does not allow him to have all his faculties behind the wheel. And it did not fail with an accident around 8:45 a.m. at rue du Docteur Louis Sanières, near the Port de l’Embouchure.

The damage was only material and, fortunately, no other user was injured.

After this incident, the police carried out a screening to determine if the driver had consumed alcohol and narcotics. Unsurprisingly, these tests came back positive. But that’s not all…

Weed, MDMA and methamphetamine

To make matters worse in his case, the 30-something had in his possession two sachets of herbsabout twenty capsules of MDMA (ecstasy) and crystals of methamphetamine.

The man was immediately arrested and taken into custody. Still drunk and under the influence of narcotics, he will be heard by the police as soon as his condition allows.
