Paulo Fonse the Portuguese of Shakhtar and Ukraine
They left the country across the border with Moldova and will rest in Romania before heading to Portugal
Paulo Fonseca and his family, Edgar Cardoso and Filipe Sousa, the two Portuguese from Shakhtar Donetsk, have all left Kiev and Ukraine, having done so through a rescue mission by the Portuguese embassy.
It took more than twenty-four hours to travel in two buses, each with fifteen seats, which took all the Portuguese who were in the Ukrainian capital of the country. Training coordinator Edgar Cardoso and nutritionist Filipe Sousa are traveling on the first bus and in Romania, Paulo Fonseca is on the second vehicle and is now crossing Moldova.
It should be noted that the trip took place across the border with Moldova, from where they headed towards Romania. In Romania they have a hotel waiting, where Edgar Cardoso and Filipe Sousa are already and where Paulo Fonseca should arrive in the next few hours. After that, the plane will follow to Portugal, which will only happen this Sunday.
Nelson Monte, the Portuguese from Dnipro, is also in Romania. The center went on his own initiative, in a private one, also to Romania and this afternoon a flight to Portugal that was delivered to him via the Players Union.
Soon everyone will be back home and to their families, therefore.
