Toulouse: Sentenced for driving without a license, he leaves the court and takes the wheel
A 27-year-old man was arrested twice in quick succession for driving without a license. His first sentence had not had the effect proposed.
Some have a hard time learning lessons. A 27-year-old young man has not finished his run-ins with the law. The latter was arrested by the Toulouse police on Wednesday for driving without a license. He was presented to a judge the next day as part of a comparison on the prior acknowledgment of debt.
During the hearing, he received a three-month suspended prison sentence before being released. This same Thursday at the end of the day, a CRS crew carried out a banal road check. A vehicle with malfunctioning lights provided their attention around 7 p.m. They intercepted its driver. The latter did not hold a driving license and for good reason, it was the same young man tried a few minutes earlier in court.
And it was not the second but the third time that this driver had trouble with the police since a first procedure to meet him had been initiated in December. It turns out that he would never have held the license.
