Prosecutor Florence: many names vying for the post Creazzo – Cronaca

Florence, February 25, 2022 – I am 18 magistrates who have submitted an application to hold the position of chief prosecutor in Florencerole held so far by Giuseppe Creazzothat a few months after the natural expiry of his mandate in the Tuscan capital, he requested and obtained from the CSM the transfer to the prosecutor for minors of Reggio Calabria, with the role of deputy prosecutor.

Among the candidates, also three magistrates already serving in Tuscany: Gabriele Mazzotta, deputy prosecutor in Florence, the chief prosecutor of Arezzo Roberto Rossi, the chief prosecutor of Livorno Ettore Squillace Greco.

These are the other candidates: Rosa Volpe, deputy prosecutor in Naples; Nicola Lettieri, deputy attorney general in the Supreme Court; Rodolfo Maria Sabelli, assistant prosecutor in Rome; the chief prosecutor of Crotone Giuseppe Capoccia; Rosa Raffa, deputy prosecutor in Messina; Filippo Spiezia, Italian member of the Eurojust agency; Ludovico Vaccaro, chief prosecutor of Foggia; Roberto Bruno Maria Pellicano, chief prosecutor in Cremona; the chief prosecutor of Terni Alberto Liguori; Gaetano Paci, assistant prosecutor in Reggio Calabria; Patrizia Castaldini, chief prosecutor in Nuoro; the deputy prosecutor of Catanzaro Vincenzo Capomolla; Paolo Guido, assistant prosecutor in Palermo; Pierpaolo Bruni, Paola’s chief prosecutor; Giuseppe Lombardo, deputy prosecutor in Reggio Calabria.
