How to cook pickled tomato soup according to Emelianenko
Celery will give the dish a special flavor.
Vasily Emelianenko on YouTube show Gadget Chef revealed the recipe for a delicious fragrant Russian soup of pickled tomatoes.

Ingredients: beef – 300-350 g, pickled tomatoes – 8-9 pieces, water, carrots – 1 piece, celery stalk – small, onion – 0.5 pieces, flour – 1 tbsp. spoon, tomato paste – 1 tbsp. spoon, sugar – 1 tbsp. spoon, salt – to taste, parsley – a small bunch.
Peel the pickled tomatoes from the skin and get the pulp cut into pieces. Fry carrots and celery in a saucepan with finely diced cubes, choose a small amount of vegetable oil.
Throw finely chopped onion and beef pulp. Put a small amount of butter, a little wheat flour, pickled tomato juice and process everything carefully.
Put a tablespoon of tomato paste into the base of the soup and pour water over it. Send chopped pickled tomatoes, one tablespoon of sugar, add salt and finely chopped greens to taste in a saucepan.
The soup has formed, cook for a couple of minutes, pour into bowls and serve.
