Apitrel says that Portugal “leads the decline in fixed broadband prices”
AN Association of Electronic Communications Operators (Apritel) said this Friday that Portugal “leads the decline in broadband prices in Europe”, with a reduction in fixed prices of around 5.7% in the last 12 months.

The association also adds that “in a context of generalized economy of national prices, the general communication services increase to a lower inflationary pressure in the association below, through an evolution of the verified economy”.
“On average over the last 12 months, prices for internet services have decreased by 5.7%, while in the EU by 2.9%, prices have increased by 0.9%”, notes Apitrel.
