For example, 56 percent of respondents adhered to the idea of a four-day work schedule up to ten hours. Most of them are under 34 years old (61 percent) and work from 80,000 rubles a month (60 percent). At the same time, 26 percent of Russians do not buy the initiative. People over 45 (32 percent) and with an income of up to 50,000 rubles a month (34 percent) were more likely to speak against him. 18 percent of Russian citizens found it difficult to give an unambiguous answer.
Among the arguments “for” the respondents named convenience, the opportunity to travel more often or find a part-time job on the third day off. Those who spoke out against it called for a shorter working day without delivery.
The survey was surveyed in 323 destinations in Russia from 17 to 21 February. It was attended by 1.6 thousand respondents over 18 who work five days a week for eight hours a day.
