In the General Union Innsbruck it’s about staying up. The current situation three weeks before the start of the second half of the season shows the two chairmen Arno Bucher and Armin Winterle.

What were the arrivals and departures at SV Kematen during the 2022 winter transfer period?

Arno Bucher, Chairman SV Kematen: “Matej Dretvic moved back to Telfs. Andreas Kalinovic and Simon Aschenwald have started their careers again after a break, let’s see when they’ll be back. nothing has happened.”

How is the preparation for spring 2022 going?

Arno Bucher: “All good – you can call our preparation at the moment. Again and again there were or are cancellations due to Corona, but the cabin is filling up again.”

Which friendlies have already been played and which ones are still planned?

Arno Bucher: “We’ve only played one game so far and lost 6-0 (3-0) against Imst. Now we’ll have games in Absam and Wattens, then we’ll go to the training camp, where we’ll play one game – the opponent is still unknown. On March 12, 2022 we will play against Stubai. A week later, the championship starts again at home against St. Johann.”

Club news?

Arno Bucher: “We are celebrating our 75th anniversary this year, some small celebrations will take place, we have applied to host the TFV Kerschdorfer Tirol Cup finals, and some international games will also take place again. By the start of the spring season we aim to have our new entrance area complete with office/fan shop and original turnstiles from the old West Ham stadium. But we will report on that separately.”

Are there injured players, which young players will be integrated into the KM?

Arno Bucher: “Sick players yes, we have fortunately been spared several discoveries so far. The youngsters are already very closely linked with our KM, we already have a lot of our own young players in the squad and are constantly keeping an eye on the youngsters.”

Personal concerns or comments about football?

Arno Bucher: “I’m looking forward to it finally starting again and hopefully a lot of spectators will come to the sports fields. And I hope that the visitors will see what a great offer the local clubs have, that real football takes place in the stadium and not on TV.”
