Slovakia condemned Russia’s military attack on Ukraine
Due to the situation in Ukraine, the Security Council of the Slovak Republic met extraordinarily on Thursday morning. After its end, the President of the Slovak Republic Zuzana Caputova strongly condemned the Russian Federation’s illegal aggression against Ukraine. According to her, the European Union’s allies in NATO are ready to provide assistance to end the conflict in Ukraine and to protect human lives.
The attack on Ukraine was also condemned by the President of the National Council of the Slovak Republic Boris Kollár (We are a family). He called Russia’s actions unacceptable, unjustifiable and unprecedented. According to him, this is a gross violation of international law and a violation of the territorial integrity of our neighbor.
