The general assembly of the Munich city council elected three city ministers today
The plenary assembly of the city council today elected the heads of the social department, the district administration department and the personnel and organization department for the next six years. The term of office begins on July 1 of each year.
The previous incumbent Dorothee Schiwy (49) was re-elected as social officer with 46 out of 49 votes.
Andreas Mickisch (49) was elected the new Human Resources and Organization Officer with 42 out of 73 votes. The lawyer is currently the deputy district administration officer and previously worked as the office manager of the mayor, as the office manager of the economic officer and in the personnel and organization department, in the building department and in the city treasury. He follows Dr. Alexander Dietrich.
The new district administration officer was Dr. Hanna Sammüller-Gradl (38) elected with 44 out of 52 valid votes. The lawyer and administrative scientist has so far headed the department for citizen services and legal affairs of the city of Freising and worked in the Munich municipal department from 2015 to 2019. As district administration officer, she succeeds Dr. Thomas Böhle after.
