Starry sky over Dageraadplaats broken for months: district does not find a repairer (Antwerp)
The stars above the basketball court of the Dageraadplaats have been extinguished for months. There are a number of short circuits on the lights. The district of Antwerp is looking for a repairer, but that search is not going well.

The showpiece of the Dageraadplaats is no more. Or at least not as it should be. The lights of the starry sky have been out for months. After a number of short circuits, the installation is completely broken, much to the regret of the local residents.
And it doesn’t look like the starry sky will shine again anytime soon. “We need fluvius to restore the lights, but that is beyond their expertise. The lights were purchased and erected outside of Fluvius,” says District Attorney Paul Cordy (N-VA).
The district is now looking for another company that does have the knowledge to repair the installation for a reasonable price. We will first look at which company drew up the starry sky in 2007, perhaps those people will know what to do. We’ll keep looking until we find someone who can fix the installation, but we’d like to see the stars shine again soon,” Cordy wrote.
