Voices of coaches after the match:
Josef Jandač (Sparta): “Very fast hockey was played, it was not very intermittent, especially the first two thirds. Budejovice plays great and we knew about their strength. They beat us three times, the more we wanted to succeed today. We managed to take the lead and then, with a quite responsible back play and Machovský’s excellent performance, we defended the victory and did not allow the opponent to score a goal. “
Jaroslav Modrý (Czech Budejovice): “The boys fought, they played a quality match that had a fantastic atmosphere, but we couldn’t score a goal. We lacked a contact goal. Sparta played well, she was ready. She had a great start, where she missed us by two goals and we didn’t make it.”
