Morok guard at meeting of European transport ministers – Liechtenstein
VADUZ/PARIS – On Monday and Tuesday, Graziella Marok-Wachter took part in an informal meeting of European transport ministers in Le Bourget, France. At the invitation of France’s Transport Minister Jean-Baptiste Djebbari, those present discussed the factors for increasing the attractiveness of the transport sector in Europe, the decarbonisation of road freight transport and current innovations in the traffic and transport sector in various working meetings.
Graziella Marok-Wachter used the meetings, which took place in the Musée de l’Air et de l’Espace du Bourget, to discuss European transport issues with her European colleagues, especially those from neighboring countries.
«For Liechtenstein, the connection to the international transport systems is of central importance. Because of this, it is important to possibly find out about European developments in the field of passenger and freight transport,” the minister was quoted as saying in a government media release.
