32 Polish storks left the capital’s zoo for inspection by mission. Previously help with the Storkprojekt program which is converted that species in the area where the scans are where you are represented in large numbers from the restarted repertoire.
The birds went to the Baltic side on Valentine’s Day, February 14. participants there participating in the Storkprojekt program, that is, the restoration of the state that was in the area of Skåne, where it used to be regenerated in large numbers.

Their health condition does not allow them to return to nature, hence the idea of joining Storkprojektet “ – wrote the zoo. “It is worth that this is the second program to restore storks to nature. In the first, our first, storks helped the rebirth of the white stork in the British Isles, from which it disappeared in the Middle Ages! “ – she added.
The white stork (Ciconia ciconia) has white plumage with characteristic black feathers on the wings. Adult birds have red, red legs and long, pointed, red beaks. They measure on average 100-115 cm from the tip of the beak to the tip of the tail. The white stork in Europe, mainly in the I Peninsula and North Africa, and in the English and eastern location with 25 percent of European countries in Poland, from where it goes on a journey every year, wintering in Africa.
The sea bream is a carnivore, the white stork eats a range of animals, including insects, fish, amphibians, reptiles, small mammals, and small birds.
