As part of a system of periodically recurring tenders in six-year cycles, the capital will announce tenders for the director of three contributory organizations in the field of culture at the beginning of March.

The just announced tenders for the management of municipal organizations aim to create a healthy competitive environment, which is part of the highest quality services to the public and at the same time ensures the predictability and stability of the company.

The next competitions for the director of the contributory organization will be announced for the Na Zábradlí Theater, where Petr Štědroň is the director, the Pod Palmovkou Theater, headed by Michal Lang, and the City Museum. m of Prague, who know Zuzana Strnadová.

Candidates can expect all three tenders to be announced at the beginning of March 2022. Anyone who meets the conditions for applying for the tender can apply, including the current directors. Conditions and other information will be published on the official board of the City Hall. m of Prague. Applicants will have approximately eight weeks to develop concepts for the organization’s management and applications to the competition. A commission composed of four city representatives and five independent experts will evaluate the candidates in May 2022.

The rules for competitions for leading positions in contributory organizations established by the capital city were approved by the City Council. m of Prague by Resolution No. 976 of 3 May 2021. Six-year cycles of tenders concern municipal contributory organizations in culture, tourism, education and other areas. Prague is the founder of a total of ten theaters and six other cultural contributory organizations.
