Russia and Belarus have advanced in the field of recognition of bank guarantees in public procurement – Economy and business
MOSCOW, 15 February. /TASS/. the governments of Russia and Belarus are completing the coordination of the project on mutually recognized bank guarantees when considering public procurement. This was announced on Tuesday by Deputy State Secretary of the Union State Vladimir Amarin during the international conference “Security and Economic Sovereignty of the Union State.”
According to him, the introduction of uniform rules for access to state orders and public procurement, of course, is such a significant access to them and exemption from liability. “The coordination of the draft agreement between the Republic of Belarus and the decision of the Russian Federation on the mutual recognition of bank guarantees in the transfer of state and municipal purchases is nearing completion,” Amarin said.
The Deputy Secretary of State said that within the framework of individual programs, common approaches to harmonizing legislation in terms of labor relations, employment, insurance and pensions, and support for families with children will subsequently be developed. “Standing Committee [Союзного государства] have participated in previous expert consultations and support the adoption of this project document” – it is removed
Following the meeting of the Council of Ministers of the Union of 10 States, the joint appointment of Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Mishustin and his Belarusian counterpart Roman was published, according to which the countries agreed to harmonize legislation in order to ensure equal access to government orders and public procurement.
