Can I drive in the city center of Toulouse?

In this zone, people circulating on foot or in a vehicle can be checked. Parking will be permitted in this area. On the other hand, demonstrations and gatherings will be prohibited between 7 a.m. and 7 p.m. Finally, the wearing, transport and use of fireworks, firecrackers, real or fake weapons, whatever the category, will be prohibited inside the perimeter, as will the movement of animals. “dangerous”.
Can I go to Compans-Caffarelli, where the President will be received?
Compans-Caffarelli constitutes a second perimeter, known as the red zone and bounded by the following roads: boulevard Lascrosses (from the crossing with boulevard du Maréchal Leclerc to the crossing with rue de Toul), rue de Toul, rue du Canon d’Arcole (from n° 2 to n°32), Compans Caffarelli esplanade, Compans Caffarelli garden.

Parking is prohibited from Tuesday February 15 at 10 p.m. until Wednesday February 16 at 7 p.m. If your workplace is located in this area, bring an identity document and a certificate from your employer. Then, the terraces of restaurants and drinking establishments will be closed, gatherings and demonstrations prohibited and the carrying, transport and use of certain objects and the circulation of dangerous animals also prohibited. For its part, the Japanese garden will be closed all day on February 16.

The operation of the Q-PARK Toulouse Compans Caffarelli car park will be impacted. The first level must be emptied of all vehicles no later than Tuesday, February 15 at 10 p.m. No entry will be possible on Wednesday February 16 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. Outings remain possible, except between 1 p.m. and 5 p.m. approximately. In terms of public transport, the Compans-Caffarelli metro station will be completely closed on Wednesday and access to the “Canal du Midi” metro station (line B) will only be from the Hôtel de Police side, located on boulevard of the Mouth. Finally, from 6 a.m., the Airport Shuttle and bus lines L1, 29, 31, 45, 63 and 70 will be diverted.
