Chemnitz again: Bayern Munich loses for the third time
The Niners Chemnitz are becoming more and more of a feared opponent for FC Bayern Munich. On Tuesday, the Saxons also won their third competitive game of the season against the league leaders and finished off Munich in the Bundesliga with 77:58 (46:28).

Before that, the Saxons had already won the first leg in Munich and the cup game. “It’s becoming more and more true. They come here and are sent home,” said Chemnitz professional Malte Ziegenhagen on “Magentasport”.
The title contender never got into the party and was already clearly behind at the break. “We didn’t hit anything, Chemnitz almost everything,” explained Bayern’s assistant coach Demod Greene, who replaced Andrea Trinchieri, who was unable to play at short notice. The game-stressed guests only aim five throws with a lead of 32 from a distance. Deshaun Thomas was the most successful Bayern shooter with 14 points. In third place, Mindaugas Susinskas scored best with also 14 points.
Alba wins in Frankfurt
Champion Alba Berlin had some problems for a long time at 72:56 (42:31) at relegation candidate Fraport Skyliners from Frankfurt. In the final quarter, however, the Berliners only allow two points. 9:20 minutes, the Hessians did not score any points. With the fourth success in a row, the champion climbed to fourth place and overtook ratiopharm Ulm. The team of trainer Jaka Lakovic surprisingly lost against the Löwen Braunschweig with 59:78 (33:43).
