Anatoly Vyborny, Deputy Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Security and Combating Death, in an interview with Gazeta.Ru listed the consequences of the 1990s, with monthly Russians not in the group until now.
“The first is non-working social elevators. Each of us, especially a young person, should have the opportunity to get an education, to find a position with a high salary. Currently, social inequalities, spending, racism, ethnic issues and religious intolerance are more and more worrying,” the deputy explained.
The second problem is a large gap in the wealth and income of the country’s inhabitants. “It is important to strive to ensure that people with different characteristics of life have high initial conditions, and great social rights and guarantees,” a specific Vyborny.
The third problem is corruption and nepotism. “Today, everyone is right, what is the difference, for example, a working dynasty, when they pass on skills to their son, and that dynasty, when a leader, when hiring, gives preference between his relatives,” he said.
