Replacement of a transformer

This intervention carried out by the manager of the electricity distribution network Enedis “is done as part of adaptation work in the public electricity distribution station deployed rue de la Seille”, specifies the City of Rouen. on its website. These consistent works to replace the existing transformer with another “more powerful” and to change “the low-voltage installations of the substation”.

These interventions can only be done with the power off and there is no means of resupply possible in this configuration, hence the necessary outage lasting seven hours.
