“Given the current security conditions, the Portuguese Embassy in Bissau suggests to all citizens residing or in transit in Guinea-Bissau that, with the utmost prudence and scrupulously following the rules presented by the local authorities, Guinea-Bissau to its normal life”, says a message published on the social network Facebook.
