Viktoria gained peace, the stadium is still 30 years old with a first place

Sugar Mizzy January 28, 2022

Contract two Viktorce calm, we have gained the security of home and so much needed land, to the chairman of the board and co-owner of FK Viktoria ikov Milan Richter.

The football club took in lt. Former owner Viktorie Martin Louda originally sought to buy the stadium. He sold Viktor, who did not succeed at the town hall, last year.

Representatives of Prague 3 preferred long-term rent. In the end, the city agreed with the club after the change of owner. The contract approved with a thirty-year lease for a symbolic rent and an investment of 25 million crowns by the city in the reconstruction, by the end of this year.

Viktorka has a first sale

There is a lot of a contract for the club, so the first order in case Prague 3 decides to sell the stadium for the duration of the lease. The condition is that the stadium will continue to perform its current function, otherwise the city will be able to terminate the contract unilaterally.

The club will thus have to remain in the type or at least one football league. According to the first information, the master will also have to approve the contract with regard to the first purchase.

Both sides are aware that no one wants to sell, no one wants to buy. It is there for sure, if the position of the town hall changes at any time in the future, explains Jan Materna, a councilor for the property of Prague 3 (TOP 09).

Znn contracts were criticized by some opposition representatives. Tom Sunegha (KDU-SL) said it was not a soft contract. In practice, the first-mover institute always leads to the sale of real estate.

It restricts the disposal of property, it is a contract other than the same, and it is called a soft contract, my representative. He added that he could not support such a contract.

If one of the most traditional Czech football clubs turned out badly, he would not have to obtain a professional license and he would be in danger of losing it. Of the 26 deputies, 21 voted in favor, and there was only one against them, they abstained.

The preservation of football in the city, where it has been played for decades, and an inseparable part of the local citizens, is something we should be proud of, said the councilor of Prague 3 for sports, František Dosedl (Pirti).

Sllab repairs on ikovsk Viktorka, try it and get ready. The club will take care of the stadium at its own expense.

It is undergoing construction work in the main grandstand, new cabins, showers and rehabilitation will be given, thus creating a much-needed warm-up room. The right stands and ground for fans will follow, according to the club’s talk Pavel Werner.

The legend goes

Prague would drink a bit of history with the demise of the ikov stadium. Pokik My children, hrr on n! zn from the boiler of Victoria at many years.

ikov sv domc zpasy plays in an unconventional time every Sunday at 10:15. During the First Republic, Polka, the hero of Eman Habsko, cheered on Viktorka, and at that time he went to Ohrad on her way.

Now the capacity of the stadium is 5,600 divk. Over the years, other clubs have added to him. And at Blana’s, stkovt Bohemians, or lastly Vyehrad. In 2002, FK Viktoria ikov could also win the league title, but ended up losing one point after losing the duel with Slavi. Two years later, the club was hit by a corruption scandal involving chief sports manager Ivan Hornk.

ikov returned to the highest competition to go several times, but years ago it looked bad with Viktori. Tiv’s financial situation resulted in a non-granted license for the 2nd league. Former sports director Ji Rva saved the investment club and fans at the first time of the season brought a banner with the inscription: Legenda jeje!

Victoria got into the financial queue several times. In the electronic auction, Martin Louda blackmailed her with the arrest of the year with pomp and ambition. The businessman had to abandon the full bag, because he got into a dispute with Prague 3, from which he wanted to buy the stadium. One of the buyers got stuck, because the city management demanded from the owner Victoria that the stadium and the land below it did not use, for example, development buildings.
