For job seekers, just publish your CV ou ofcreate one directly on the platform. The CV is automatically analyzed, “with 88% reliability”, assures the town hall. The algorithm then takes care of submit offers to the candidate corresponding to his profile and skills.

It is also possible to geolocate offers and create your profile according to the position sought, the type of contract and the desired location. UN alert system then inform candidates, day after day, of job offers compatible with their profile.

90 companies registered on the site

For companies in the agglomeration seeking to recruit, the site allows several things:

• Access local candidates meeting their needs (CV Théque)
• Poster of job offers and contact candidates directly from the platform
• Create a page dedicated to their company to present their specificities
• Value the tradesespecially those “in tension” with the help of videos (reports, interviews, testimonials, etc.)
• Participating in webinars facilitated by the community (80 companies participated in the first webinar).

So far, more than 90 companies have already created their profile according to the town hall.

Job dating on February 3
