This is stated in the appointment of Alexei Zaitsev, Director of the Information and Press Department of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, posted on the website of the Foreign Ministry.

He pointed out that a defense service was organized in Moscow in connection with the anti-Russian political action that the Georgian opposition held at the observation post from the building of the Russian interests section at the embassy of the Ministry of Defense in Georgia. According to the diplomat, before the start of the rally, the Section’s backup power supply was cut off.
