The Serbian national airline is expanding strongly in Germany and Austria. In June it will start flights from Belgrade to Hanover (from June 3rd), Nuremberg (June 6th) and Salzburg (June 7th). With the expansion of the route network, it will fly to up to eight destinations in Germany in the summer – Berlin, Frankfurt, Stuttgart, Düsseldorf, Nuremberg and Hanover from Belgrade and Frankfurt-Hahn and Cologne from Niš.
«Historically, the German market has always been of great importance to our airline. With the addition of routes to Hanover and Nuremberg, Air Serbia will further strengthen its position in Germany, increasing coverage of the country and complementing existing services. The launch of flights to Salzburg confirms our commitment to improving connections between Serbia and Austria, which is a significant market for our country due to the large Serbian diaspora, but also offers great opportunities for city breaks and ski holidays,” said Bojan Arandelović, Head of the Network planning at Air Serbia.
