You like animals ? The African Safari Zoo, near Toulouse, is recruiting

For its new season, the African Safari Zoo located in Plaisance-du-Touch, 20 minutes from Toulouse, is launching a recruitment campaign to find its seasonal 2022. In total, 14 positions are to be filled from February in an atypical work environment. Details.

Full or part-time CDD
In details, three full-time positions and 11 part-time positions are to be filled. These vary between 8 and 35 hours. Concretely, no jobs have direct contact with animals. The offers relate to various positions, including three dedicated to reception, the shop and the ticket office, nine dedicated to the kitchen and the catering service and two to the maintenance of the park.

Submission of applications until mid-February
The applications are already open since January 27. To apply, you must be 18 years of age or older, be looking for a job and available for a period ranging from April to August, during school holidays and weekends, specifies the zoo.
The candidates have until February 18 to apply. This must include a CV accompanied by a cover letter. To apply, send it to [email protected]. Then, a pre-selection will take place from February 18 to March 6. And March 7 to 13s, successful candidates will be required to complete a job interview.

600 exotic animals
As a reminder, the zoo located 20 minutes from Toulouse includes 600 exotic animals from 80 different species : African elephants, lions, zebras, watusis, Siberian tigers, flamingos, baboons, turtles, meerkats, and many more…
It is open every day of the year. On the spot, two parts are to be visited: the African reserve which one can discover on board his vehicle in the middle of animals in semi-freedom, and the wooded and shaded park, to discover on foot and sheltering animals from the whole world.
