When he came out, shortly after 8 in the morning, there were two men waiting for him in the house. One shot him in the leg with a 7.62 caliber Tokarev, used by the armed forces of Eastern countries, fracturing his tibia. It was May 7, 2012 and the victim of the attack was the 54-year-old CEO of Ansaldo Nucleare Roberto Adinolfi. The criminals fled on a motorcycle which was later found near the Brignole station. Four days after the request by the Informal Anarchist Federation with a press release sent from Genoa to the headquarters of the ‘Corriere della Sera’ in Milan. The perpetrators – Nicola Gay, 44, and Alfredo Costito, 46 - were stopped following a meticulous observation of the video cameras placed in the area where they had abandoned the scooter used for the ambush. Their search was possible because already not to the police, both precedents for terrorism in the context of an investigation in Perugia. The Court of Genoa in November 2013 sentenced Alfredo Cospito to ten years and eight months and Nicola Gai to nine years and four months.
