Meeting in public session this Monday evening, the municipal council unanimously approved the names of the different spaces of the Mareterra project.
In consultation with the project leaders, the Prince’s Palace submitted a proposal to the municipal council concerning the names of the future streets and spaces of the offshore extension.
These were all validated unanimously.
To the east, where the residential part is located, Monegasques could soon stroll through the valley of the tree-lined pine forest, as well as along the Prince Jacques promenade. At the center of this block will be Mareterra Avenue.
To the west, part of the project intended for port, aquatic and catering activities, one will find the quai du Petit Portier, the place princesse Gabriella and the esplanade prince Jacques.
This future district will also have a swimming pool, which will bear the name “Princess Charlene swimming pool” and an equipped green space “Pinède”.
