Injuries, burglaries and fires, the various facts of the weekend in the province of Luxembourg

The weekend was full of miscellaneous events in the province of Luxembourg, mainly during the day on Saturday, while Sunday was calmer.

Hotton: burglaries Two burglaries took place Friday evening in Ménil-Favay (Hotton). The first took place at 6 p.m. and the other a little later. It was the father of the occupant of the second house who put the thieves to flight. These are currently being sought.

Walk: extrication Following an accident on the N63 in Marche-en-Famenne, the Marchoix firefighters carried out an extrication on Friday around 9 p.m.

Soya: open fire The Érezée firefighters intervened on Saturday around 1:30 p.m. for a chimney fire on rue des Ronds-Chênes in Soy (Érezée).

Marloie: traffic accident Saturday around 1:50 p.m., a traffic accident occurred between two vehicles, chaussée de Rochefort in Marloie (Marche). The firefighters of Marche, Rochefort and those of the Dinaphi area intervened. They had to extricate one of the drivers. The accident caused three minor injuries.

Bertrix: chimney fire Saturday around 5 p.m., the firefighters of Bertrix and Paliseul intervened rue de la retirement in Bertrix for a chimney fire. Classic damage.

Barvaux: a light injury Saturday shortly before 8 p.m., an accident between two vehicles occurred at a place called Au Cou de Chasse, on the road between Érezée and Barvaux, shortly before arriving in Barvaux (Durbuy). Heisnch: car on the side In the night from Saturday to Sunday, shortly after 5 a.m., a motorist badly negotiated a bend in rue de la Papeterie in Heinsch (Arlon), before hitting a small tree and ending his race on the side. Waha: more fear than harm Sunday around 10:40 am, the firefighters of Marche, Rochefort and Ciney were called for a building fire rue du Souvenir, 12, in Waha. In the end, it was just a pot on fire that had filled the house with a lot of smoke.
