Members of the court of the former Supreme Court (SC) of Chechnya, Saydi Yangulbaeva, are leaving Russia due to a threat to their lives. This was reported by the lawyer of the “Committee against Torture” (in 2015, after the Ministry of Justice made contributions to the register of foreign agents, the organization was liquidated; currently operating under the same name without forming a legal entity) Sergey Babinets on his page in facebook.
“Saidi Yangulbaev and her daughter Aliya Yangulbaeva left Russia. They told us that the departure is connected with the responsibility of their lives,” wrote Babinets.
V Telegram– the channel “Caution, the news” appeared a video of the ex-judge with his daughter checking in for the flight. It is noted that the wife of Yangulbaev Zarema Musaeva is in Chechnya, there is no data on her condition and exact location.
Earlier, the head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, called the family members of the former Chechen court of Saydi Yangulbaev accomplices of terrorists and specimens that are destroyed if they resist arrest.
On January 22, the Minister of the Chechen Republic for National Policy, Representative for Communications, Press and Information Akhmed Dudayev confirmed that law enforcement officers are not involved in any illegal actions against the Yangulbaevs.
On January 21, the “Committee against Torture” reported that people who introduced themselves as convicted Chechen security forces, international armed forces and masks broke into the territory of the former Supreme Court of Chechnya, Saydi Yangulbaev, in the Nizhny Novgorod region, from where they kidnapped his diabetic wife, Zarema Musaeva.
