Last night, on charges of sexual assault, the State Police has stopped a 20-year-old Romanian citizen.

According to what was reconstructed by the police officers of the Florence Police Headquarters, around one in the morning, the young man would have been illegally admitted to the Careggi hospital, where he would have molested a hospitalized woman with the excuse of having to visit her.

The man, after presenting himself as a doctor, had to start stroking the woman’s leg, unable to get out of bed, rising from the foot towards the pelvis. The victim, caught in his sleep, did not take long to understand the situation e he immediately gave a scream that drew the attention of the nurses and a security guard who raised the alarm at 112 NUE.

The police intervened and the young man ended up in handcuffs. Hear some testimonials it would have emerged that the man, a few moments before sneaking into the victim’s room, could also attack a nurse in a closet grabbing her by the wrist, informs the Police Headquarters.

However, the nurse had managed to free herself and dare a first alarm. At the cries of the patient, the 20-year-old was in fact blocked by nurses and the security guard. The young man was accompanied to the Sollicciano prison.
