Genoa – They took place today in Genoa the funeral of Camillo Milli (pseudonym of Camillo Miglior), the well-known actor who died in recent days at the age of 92. The ceremony took place at 2.30 pm in the parish church of St. Joseph Benedetto Cottolengo. Milli was hospitalized in the nearby Don Orione Paverano nursing home due to the after-effects of Covid.
At the funeral – deed of incorporation of the Company of funeral honors of the Municipality of Genoa Asef Srl – family members, numerous journalists and acquaintances were present of the well-known actor.
Both the mayor of Genoa and the president of the Liguria Region Giovanni Toti had expressed condolences for the disappearance of Milli, a Milanese by origin but Genoese by adoption. The coffin, after the funeral ceremony, was transferred to the Staglieno cemetery for cremation. Milli died only a few days after his wife Mariangela.
