CDU politician Gerald Weiß (✝76) is dead: “veteran of the Hessian CDU”

The later CDU politician Gerald Weiß was born on July 12, 1945 in Rüsselsheim. He completed his Abitur in Frankfurt and possibly afterwards business education in Mainz before returning to Frankfurt as a qualified commercial teacher. He was a member of the Hessian state parliament for several years before sitting in the German Bundestag until 2009.
